They delivered my dress and those of my bridesmaids ahead of the expected timeline, and recommended someone absolutely phenomenal for alternations (Dina's Sewing, who made several major changes including adding a sleeve). We talked through my planned alterations in store when I ordered and they helped me order what I needed from the designer to make that possible. After the wedding, they arranged to have my dress cleaned and preserved so the memories are safe for years to come. My whole experience was easy and fun, and I loved my dress!"
